Shipping, Tracking, & Delivery
Kaotic Envy currently only ships in the United States.
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Example: If you order on Tuesday, your order should ship out on Wednesday/Thursday. Please note that business days DO NOT include: Saturday, Sunday or any Official Holidays. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will remain in processing status and will ship the following Monday or Tuesday, if it is not an Official Holiday.
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number/link once your order has shipped.
We ask that you allow the normal 3-5 business days for delivery once order has shipped. Of course delivery is based on courier service, but this is a normal range for standard delivery. If expedited/overnight shipping is selected and purchased, general delivery time is 1-2 business days after processing. As always, refer to tracking information once conformation email is received after shipping.
Please Note: If an incomplete or inaccurate address or details are provided during checkout, this may cause a delay with processing and shipping your request. We ask that you thoroughly review your shipping and billing details prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays.
While packages do not currently require a signature, this can be changed at anytime. We recommend inputting a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package to prevent theft
As mentioned above, a confirmation email will be received once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. Another email notification will be issued once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status along its journey.
If you experience a problem with your tracking number or delivery of the package, please contact the delivery courier directly before contacting us. We ask that you contact us after the estimated delivery with any issues surrounding delivery.
